Prep for Interviews.
Often done via Microsoft Teams. They are ’fast & direct. You will be asked what you know about the job. At the end, they may ask if you have questions. Don’t say “no.”

From galley stewards to youth counselors, cruise ships hire for hundreds of roles. But not every job suits every personality. Have you done the job before? Experienced? Cruise lines like to recruite the best of the best and competition for the job is high.

Understand the Paperwork & Costs.
Before boarding, you will need medical clearance, visas, and sometimes safety training. If successful you will be told what documents you need to obtain in advance.
